This is one of the few 4th of July weekends I ever enjoyed! The helicopter ride over Niagara was totally awesome! I took a few pics of the fall from the ground and I caught a rainbow....can u find it!? I will be adding a few videos of the ride in a bit! Lol...I hope every1 have a safe/fun filled weekend!

FBI: If We Told You, You Might Sue

Often when the government tries to suppress information about its surveillance programs, it cites national-security concerns. But not always.

In 2008, a few years after the Bush administration's warrantless-wiretapping program was revealed for the first time by the New York Times, Congress passed the FISA Amendments Act. That act authorizes the government to engage in dragnet surveillance of Americans' international communications without meaningful oversight. Aswe've explained before (including in our lawsuitchallenging the statute), the FISA Amendments Act is unconstitutional.

In 2009, we also filed a Freedom of Information Act request to learn more about the government's interpretation and implementation of the FISA Amendments Act. Last November, the government released a few hundred pages of heavily redacted documents. Though redacted, the documents confirmed that the government had interpreted the statute as broadly as we had feared and even thatthe government had repeatedly violated the few limitations that the statute actually imposed.

Two weeks ago, as part of our FOIA lawsuit over those documents, the government gave us several declarations attempting to justify the redaction of the documents. We've been combing through the documents and recently came across this unexpectedly honest explanation from the FBI of why the government doesn't want us to know which "electronic communication service providers" participate in its dragnet surveillance program. On page 32:

There you have it. The government doesn't want you to know whether your internet or phone company is cooperating with its dragnet surveillance program because you might get upset and file lawsuits asserting your constitutional rights. Would it be such a bad thing if a court were to consider the constitutionality of the most sweeping surveillance program ever enacted by Congress?

It’s amazing how many people will go to church Easter/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years etc to praise God but it’s with their mouth they are praising him; They don’t mean it @ all. Or they pray to him when things are bad/tough and as soon as all is well they forget about him. How many people out there say that they love God/Jesus/Allah/Yah/Yahweh, but when they are around their friends, co-worker, husband, boyfriend, family etc they don't know God….I am here to testify that a co-worker of mine just came to me just now, the office is empty and she came to tell me that she could hear me singing and I m too loud, and I m not being loud the office is quiet hardly anyone here. I rebuked her in the name of Jesus; and she is the same one who called on him whenever trouble comes her way, when all is well she know him not!! I am laughing @ her….Trust me I m in no way a saint, I was once lost but now I m found was blind but now I see, and I will praise him till the day I die take it or leave it….AMEN

This guy needs a job and decides to apply at the zoo. As it happened, their star attraction, a gorilla, had passed away the night before and they had carefully preserved his hide. They tell this guy that they'll pay him well if he would dress up in the gorillas skin and pretend to be the gorilla so people will keep coming to the zoo. Well, the guy has his doubts, but Hey! He needs the money, so he puts on the skin and goes out into the cage. The people all cheer to see him. He plays up to the audience and they just eat it up. This isn't so bad, he thinks, and he starts really putting on a show, jumping around, beating his chest and roaring, swinging around. During one acrobatic attempt, though, he loses his balance and crashes through some safety netting, landing square in the middle of the lion cage! As he lies there stunned, the lion roars. Men Vs. Women

FINE
This is the word women use to end an argument when they feel they are right and you need to shut up. Never use "fine" to describe how a woman looks - this will cause you to have one of those arguments.

FIVE MINUTES
This is half an hour. It is equivalent to the five minutes that your football game is going to last before you take out the trash, so it's an even trade.

NOTHING
This means "something," and you should be on your toes. "Nothing" is usually used to describe the feeling a woman has of wanting to turn you inside out, upside down, and backwards. "Nothing" usually signifies an argument that will last "Five Minutes" and end with "Fine"GO AHEAD (With Raised Eyebrows)This is a dare. LOUD SIGH
This is not actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A "Loud Sigh" means she thinks you are an idiot at that moment, and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you over "Nothing

"SOFT SIGH"
Again, not a word, but a non-verbal statement. "Soft Sighs" mean that she is content. Your best bet is to not move or breathe, and she will stay content.

THAT'S OKAY
This is one of the most dangerous statements that a woman can make to a man. "That's Okay" means that she wants to think long and hard before paying you back for whatever it is that you have done. "That's Okay" is often used with the word "Fine" and in conjunction with a "Raised Eyebrow."GO AHEAD!At some point in the near future, you are going to be in some mighty big trouble.

PLEASE DO
This is not a statement, it is an offer. A woman is giving you the chance to come up with whatever excuse or reason you have for doing whatever it is that you have done. You have a fair chance with the truth, so be careful and you shouldn't get a "That's Okay"THANKS
A woman is thanking you. Do not faint. Just say you're welcome.

THANKS A LOT
This is much different from "Thanks." A woman will say, "Thanks A Lot" when she is really ticked off at you. It signifies that you have offended her in some callous way, and will be followed by the "Loud Sigh." Be careful not to ask what is wrong after the "Loud Sigh," as she will only tell you "Nothing"

What’s up with @crackberry I def think that they are frauds; I have been leaving comments like crazy on their sites, also when they do the give away contest. I think I have won like maybe one time and that was maybe last year sometime....now I m not saying that CB don't have gd qualities but their politics sucks! I'm not expecting to win every week/month but come on can I get a hit @ least once every 3-9 months….I mean like damn keep me hooked!! That’s how you get people hooked gotta give them something to keep them coming back or stay interested @ least!! I hope y’all don’t get the @pinstack syndrome….no offense….LOL And for all y’all forum groupies it’s not that kind of a party, I got a family + work + P/T so when I find the time to surf the forums and leave a few comment here and there plus be an active participant I do…but I m not gonna be on there on any forum like it’s my religion or my bread and butter, sorry!! But I’m just saying can I catch a break? I know other members feel the same way oh and u have to be a member if u want to leave any comments. Damn when we think we have it bad ppl out there having it worst! This guy doing his laundry and he's washing I guess his gd pair of sneakers and 1 shirt; Look wht he has on on his feet! Times r hard for this guy! I have to thank God for wht I have @times I think I have it hard but my hardship does not compare to his! Seeing this I m def humbled!
